To become a licensed Loan Officer in the state of Texas, you must complete 60 hours of classroom training including 4 hours of Ethics and be sponsored by a licensed Mortgage Broker. Take our 30-hour Financing and Mortgage Origination Principles with Ethics and our 30-hour Financing and Mortgage Origination Practices with Ethics to complete this required education.
