If you obtained your license on or before December 31, 2005 you will need to complete 30 hours each year of Salesperson Annual Education for the first three years. Blueprint for Success is the best course to get new agents off on the right foot. If you are unable to make it to class, we also offer a variety of home study courses.

If you obtained your license on or after January 1, 2006 you will need to complete 60 hours of education during the first year to fulfill your Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) requirement. Blueprint for Success (30 hours) is the best course to get new agents off on the right foot. We offer a variety of other 30 hour courses both in the classroom and via home study to complete this 60 hour SAE requirement.

TREC has adopted a new law regarding MCE requirements! For your next and all subsequent MCE license renewals after 1/1/05, you are required to take a 3-hour legal update course and a 3-hour legal ethics course as part or your 15-hour MCE requirement. Our TREC Legal Update MCE and TREC Ethics MCE courses satisfy this 6-hour requirement. Or, take our exciting new 15-hour MCE for 2008 package and be assured that our will fulfill your entire requirement all at one time.

If you are looking to get started early with this new requirement, you may complete the two new 3-hour legal update and ethics courses during the first year of your MCE renewal that occurs after 1/1/05.
