TREC ETHICS MCE 2012-2013

This course fulfills the 3-hours of ethics required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to maintain an active Texas real estate license.

This TREC Ethics MCE course is designed to help increase the licensee’s knowledge of the TREC 5 cannons of ethics, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to real estate transactions in Texas. Your understanding of hot topics such as agency relationships, contract issues, defect disclosure, dispute resolution, property management and advertising will also be put to the test during this comprehensive course.
