New Mexico Qualifying Broker Licensing Courses
Become a Qualifying Broker! To advance your career by obtaining a Qualifying Broker license you need to complete our 30-hour Broker Basics course, which is approved to count towards your licensing education requirement.

If you have been actively engaged in the real estate business as an Associate Broker or Salesperson for at least 2 of the past 5 years, you are most likely eligible to upgrade your license. In addition to Broker Basics, you will need to complete a Brokerage Office Administration course. We will offer this Commission-developed course when it is finalized.
