New Mexico Appraisal Continuing Education Courses

Thirty-two (32) hours of continuing education are required each biennial renewal period. Individuals must successfully complete the seven (7) hour national USPAP update course and also must complete the four (4) hour board approved renewal update course. No more than fourteen (14) hours may be from courses offered over the internet or other distance learning modalities.
