New Mexico Appraisal Continuing Education Courses
As a real estate appraiser in New Mexico, your initial license will expire on
April 30 in the third year of licensure. Thereafter all licenses will expire
every three years on April 30. A completed renewal application, accompanied by
the required fee and documentation of 42 hours of continuing education.
