New Mexico Appraisal Continuing Education Courses

Twenty-eight (28) hours of continuing education are required each biennial renewal period. Individuals must successfully complete the seven (7) hour national USPAP update course. No more than twenty-one (21) hours may be from courses offered over the internet or other distance learning modalities.
