Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education

The State of Nevada requires 24 hours of education for all real estate licensees who are entering their second or subsequent renewal period. These 24 hours must include 12 hours from the following Mandatory Topic areas: Agency (3 hours), Contracts (3 hours), Ethics (3 hours) and Legislative Update (3 hours).

If you are a Broker or a Broker/Salesperson your 24 hours must also include a 3 hour Broker Management course. If you hold a Property Management Permit your 24 hours must also include a 3 hour Property Management course.

Your remaining hours can be from any one of the designations above, or they can be from a course with a General designation. A licensee may use no more then 3 hours of the Personal Development designation in each renewal period.
