Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Courses

The state of Nevada requires you to complete 90 hours of state-approved education to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The credit hours must include 45 hours of Real Estate Principles and 45 hours of Real Estate Law, which includes 18 hours of Nevada Law.
