Washington Real Estate Agent Licensing Courses
As of July 1, 2010, a new licensing requirement went into effect making Washington a Broker only state. This means that the Salesperson License is no longer a valid license and will be changed to a Broker License. And the Associate Broker, Branch Manager and Designated Broker Licenses have now been changed to a Managing Broker License.
All licensees will be required to take the Washington Broker Transition Course, approved for continuing education. Those needing a second or subsequent renewal will also be required to take 30 hours of Continuing Education, including the Washington Broker Transition Course, every two years.
Kaplan Real Estate Education can help you meet all these mandatory requirements. We offer a 30-Hour Complete CE Package, including the Washington Broker Transition Course and the mandatory 27 hours of electives needed to complete your CE requirements. Complete your Continuing Education courses anytime, anywhere with our online courses.
