Tennessee State Requirements The Tennessee Real Estate
Commission requires all Affiliate Broker applicants to have successfully
completed a total of 90 hours of education consisting of the 60 hour licensing
course and the 30 hour new affiliates course before they are eligible to apply
for their license. Only the 60 hour licensing course must be completed in order
to register for the state exam.
The recommended sequencing is as
follows:
Complete the Tennessee 60-hour Real Estate Principles Course
Pass the PSI state exam
Complete the Tennessee 30-hour Course for New Affiliates
