***Update*** In order to receive credit for the 2012 continuing education deadline of September 30th, all courses must be completed by 3:00 pm CST on September 30, 2012. Any courses completed after 3:00 pm CST may not be reported to AREC, which may result in deactivation of your license and a reactivation fee.
As a licensed real estate broker you are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education courses every two years by September 30. These 15 hours must include 3 hours in “Risk Management” and 12 hours in any other approved elective courses.
