This new course satisfies the First Renewal requirement for Pennsylvania. By
incorporating case studies and other practical learning tools, you will discuss
topics every new licensee in Pennsylvania should know. It is also a useful
refresher on many of the most important topics discussed in your prelicensing
courses.
Any licensee that holds a standard salesperson’s license issued between December 1, 2009 and November 30, 2011 must complete this required course to renew his/her license by May 31, 2012.
