Georgia Real Estate Post-Licensing: Sales and Marketing 101 – 25 hours

This course, designed for new agents, will explore basic marketing concepts and sale strategies. Learn how to write your own marketing plan, do marketing research and data analysis, plan and execute effective product and pricing strategies, and how to price your services for maximum profit. Ethics and real estate professionalism will also be discussed.

This course, taken in the first year of licensure will fulfill the required 25 hours of post-licensing education. It will count towards 6 hours of your 24 hour continuing education requirement for the first 4 year renewal period.
