Salesperson Licensed in Another State: Class Package 
Package Price:   $875  

This course is designed to meet all the requirements for a salesperson licensed in a non-reciprocal state. This course includes all the required courses except for Law and Practice. To verify what the state requirements are please review the Colorado License Recognition Agreement or call the Colorado Real Estate Commission at 303-894-2166. Students should verify with the Colorado Real Estate Commission that they do not need to take Law and Practice.
