This 40-hour online course provides the education required by the Colorado Division of Real Estate for all mortgage brokers seeking a license in Colorado. The course is a comprehensive review of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations affecting mortgage brokers, as well as business and trade practices and mortgage loan processing basics. Please note that candidates must pass the actual mortgage broker licensing exam administered separately by the state in order to obtain their license. This program satisfies the education requirement and prepares you to pass the actual licensing exam on your first try!

Here’s how it works: You get access to the online lecture series, including chapter quizzes and exams to check your understanding. The lectures are pre-recorded presentations using the same PowerPoint media and audio of the lectures you’d get in the classroom, but you can pause, take notes, fast forward, and use the lectures as many times as you like at a time and location of your choosing! This pre-recorded lecture series is most convenient for those unable to attend a set schedule of live classroom instruction.
