You must have 2 years of active experience for this level. Please visit the Colorado Real Estate Commission website for further information.

Application Procedures [Back to Top]

After you have completed the Brokerage Administration course, and assuming you have previously passed the Colorado portion of the Colorado Associate Broker Licensing Exam, you will need to apply for a Change in Level of Real Estate Broker Authority (REC-LA-07-04) with the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Complete application information and fees can be found at the Division of Real Estate website. Upgrading your license will not change your license expiration date.

If you are currently licensed as a salesperson or broker in another state, some of these requirements may be amended. Please see the License Recognition section at the Colorado Real Estate Commission website for details.
