This course is a review of agency on a national basis.

Nearly every state is currently dealing with changes to agency laws and the National Association of Realtors® has studied the changes as they relate to Realtor® members. You will gain a greater understanding of the various alternative relationships between licensees and buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This is an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the way other states may handle agency matters when you deal with out-of-state transactions.
