California Real Estate Broker CE Courses - 2^nd & Subsequent Renewals

As a licensed Broker who has completed a 12 hour course on Agency, Ethics and Professional Conduct, Trust Funds and Fair Housing l in the first four years of licensure, you are now required by the state to complete 45 hours of continuing education every four years thereafter. We have put together convenient packages that will allow you to complete these hours at your convenience and around your schedule.

The packages below all include a six hour survey of Agency, Ethics and Professional Conduct, Trust Funds and Fair Housing. Choose the topic, then the format that works for you.

Course Completion Time Limits
The enrollment period for every Anthony Schools course is 12 months. Some types of delivery have shorter access periods. If you are unable to complete your course within the stated time period, you may purchase an extension for an additional fee. For DRE approved College Level courses, the minimum completion time allowed by the DRE is 2 1/2 weeks (18 days) per course.

Based on the California Department of Real Estate regulations, students are not able to complete more than 15 credit hours worth of course exams in a 24 hour period. Based on that regulation, the exams for this package will populate your My Site page in the following order:
