California Real Estate Broker CE Courses - 1^st Renewal
As a licensed real estate Broker you are required to complete 45 hours of continuing education courses every four years following licensure.

If you have previously completed the 12 hour course on Agency, Ethics and Professional Conduct, Trust Funds and Fair Housing then you will only need to include the six hour survey course on these topics in your continuing education hours. If not, you will need to take the 12 hour course for a total of 51 hours.
