California Real Estate Agent CE Courses - Renewal Packages

As a licensed real estate Agent you are required to complete 45 hours of continuing education courses every four years following licensure. We have put together all-inclusive packages that will allow you to complete these requirements at your convenience and around your schedule.

Each of our NEW course packages contains everything you need to fulfill your 45 hour CE requirement! The following courses are included in your license renewal package:

• Agency, Ethics and Professional Conduct, Trust Funds and Fair Housing, and California Risk Management - 15 hours
• Real Estate Finance Today and Essential Taxation Topics - 15 hours

You can complete these courses in as little as six days, then simply print your certificate online!

Course Completion Time Limits
The enrollment period for every Anthony Schools course is 12 months. Some types of delivery have shorter access periods. If you are unable to complete your course within the stated time period, you may purchase an extension for an additional fee. For DRE approved College Level courses, the minimum completion time allowed by the DRE is 2 1/2 weeks (18 days) per course.
