30-hour Remedial Salesperson Qualifying Course – 30 hours
Anyone wishing to become a Broker must have completed 75 hours of Salesperson licensing education. If you were licensed as a salesperson prior to July 2008, you only completed 45 hours of salesperson licensing education. By completing this 30 hour Remedial Salesperson Qualifying Course you will have the required 75 hours of salesperson education. Add this course to the 45- hour Broker Qualifying Course and you will completely satisfy your 120-hour Broker licensing education requirement.

This course provides a strong foundation for building a successful real estate career in New York. This course covers topics such as: contract preparation, predatory lending, pricing properties, municipal agencies, property insurance, taxes and assessments, condominiums and cooperatives, commercial and investment properties, income tax issues in real estate transactions, mortgage brokerage, and property management.
